OSM Consultants is headed by Mr Vui Sebastian KW Mariner, who has extensive experience in the field of Civil Engineering, Water Supply Design and Supervision, and Project Management and Supervision in Samoa and the Pacific.

OSM is an acronym for Olisana, Okalani, Sebastian and Shorley Mariner, the names of the owners of the business and their two daughters.
