Vui Sebastian Mariner

Principal
Mr Sebastian Mariner holds a Masters degree in Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia and brings with him a long history of active involvement in all aspects of water to include water resources master planning, water treatment and water supply management and additional extensive years of project management experience in the field of civil engineering. Mr Mariner is a member and Secretary of the Institute of Professional Engineers of Samoa (IPES), a member of the Institute of Engineers, Australia (IEAust), a member of the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand (IPENZ), and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Mr Mariner is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Samoa).

Shorley Mariner

Finance and Corporate Services Manager
Mrs Shorley Mariner is highly experienced in many aspects of administration, community development and public relations. She has been involved in project administration and coordinating roles with various Companies and Projects that OSM was involved in. Mrs Mariner is fully conversant with the requirements of Samoan authorities and is an experienced administrator, coordinator, community and public relations specialist whose influence and input will be invaluable in any Project. Mrs Mariner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Education from Flinders University, Australia, and a Diploma in Public Sector Management from Massey University, New Zealand.
