About Us

OSM Consultants was established in 2002, by the husband and wife team of Sebastian and Shorley Mariner.
Both had previously worked for Government of Samoa corporations before moving into the private sector.

Sebastian has extensive experience in the field of Civil Engineering, Water Supply and Wastewater detailed design and supervision, and Project Management and Supervision, structural and environmental engineering in Samoa. Shorley is an experienced administrator and a qualified community awareness and outreach specialist who has had extensive project related experience in the above areas.
